Online Emini Trading Results
We had a nice one and done day again today. Volume is picking up a bit and all 3 of our setups we’re winners.
I’ve mentioned in the past that I really love the EET trade when coming out of No Zone. Today that happened, however I had the pullback trade as my long term filter would not allow short trades.
That changed and the short EET did become valid and that trade was good for 8 + ticks.
I made a decision to take the Pullback trade (as explained above) and even though the rule was no longer “active” the Pullback was still a valid trade and it won.
Good example of 2 of our setups (Pullback & EET) both being valid and both being winners (even though they are in opposite directions).
Some traders do not like discretion. To be honest, I am not a big fan of it myself. However there will always be some discretion in trading. My system entries and rules are very mechanical.
Today, however was an example of 2 valid trades! So the day trader needs to decide which one to take! The EET is always more aggressive, but coming out of No Zone – the risk reward is great. I find that when both trades are valid (Pullback & EET) you will see them both win 70% of the time.
On my Dow Emini Strategy I had a losing trade (-25) followed by a full recover trade, followed by another nice winner.
Below is a video I rendered trading the Dow Emini Strategy. I use a short term and long term chart. Depending on what I am doing the profit/stop losses vary. Watch the video to learn more!
