Live futures day trading results for 7/21/2010
I’ve been out of pocket most of the week. As I mentioned in an email or possibly the blog, I have some personal issues that I am dealing with and it has hindered my ability to day trade every day. In any event we had a great week using our day trading concepts and today we had a one and done trade!
I caught a one and done on video for you to view – it was a Pullback Trade. One of the 3 setups I teach in my Tick Trader Day Trading Course. We opened up in No Zone and I was looking for that high probability NSE coming out of NO Zone. Well, the LTF (long term filter) went short so we grabbed our first attempt at a Pullback trade – but it cancelled. Too bad because when you combine a Pullback Trade combined with the LTF in a new direction those are normally awesome trades. Had the trade not cancelled it was good for at least 2 full points.
We had another Pullback Signal using our ProIndicatorV2 software so we grabbed that, this time for 4 ticks as the LTF was no longer a factor. Had our one and done within 20 minutes of the opening bell.
Now the disciplined day trader WALKS away for the day with his daily income. That’s what I am doing, and that’s what I teach others to do!
