Emini Trading Results & Election Day! 11/2/2010
Today is the big day! Will the Republicans take over? Hmm.. who knows.. we will know tonight though! I’ll be traveling all day so I won’t find out much until I land later on this evening. Don’t forget to VOTE!!
I had a nice EET “One and Done” emini trade today. Very quick morning, which I really needed today! Had a short EET – made a quick 4 tick profit and walked away by 9:45 am… Some of my students took a Pullback and lost on that futures trade. The EET & Pullback emini trade have about a 70% chance of both winning! That was NOT the case though in this instance. My Pullback canceled and I wanted the EET as we were in “NO Zone” and I expected choppy conditions. On top of that we had a pretty nice pre-market rally.
The students that did take the Long Pullbac futures trade were stopped out and will have to recover using the rules of our day trading system to recover and make profit! We don’t always get “One and Done” trades and some will while others won’t – that’s Trading!
