Emini System Results & what will Bernanke do?
We had a “One and Done” today using our Emini system. Like yesterday’s video we had an EET trade that ended up being a very nice winner! 4 ticks of risk for 8+ ticks profit.
I actually lost my internet connection about 9:27!! I hear Comcast Cable had outage problems all over the US. After my connection came back on, I felt it prudent not to trade as I didn’t know if it was going out again.
We have FOMC today and a lot of traders are on the sideline waiting for the announcement at 2:15 PM. Most believe the rates will not change. The kicker, really, is WHEN will they change. We all know at some point they gotta start taking the rates back up.
I would think that we should see some more volume in this market after this week as a lot of economic data is being released.
It’s funny, but with all this uncertainty in the market, the sp Emini market is trading over 1150… Go figure.
In all honesty, as a day trader, I could care less where the market is trading. It doesn’t matter. We base our trades off of rules!
Enough of my rant… let’s see what Bernanke does today, and we’ll see you tomorrow.
