Online Day Trading Results
Hello everybody!!!! I hope everyone is getting ready for Thanksgiving. I love the holidays. I hope everyone enjoys some quality time with family this weekend..
We had a good day today! It SHOULD have been 3 trades – 3 winners. Everyone should have easily been done at 9:35 without ANY trouble. YOURS TRULY – got a little GREEDY!!. My “usual” profit is 2 quick ticks. Well I had 2 winners pre market for 2 ticks and the first trade of the open went 2 ticks -easily. I was trying for 3!!!! Why was I trying for 3?? – Honestly, not sure. 1.5 points is a usual day for me. I just thought I could get the extra tick! Price action DID hit my target, but I wasn’t filled.
Ultimately it cost me a stop loss. I ended up recovering and still being done before 10 am. From now on, I am sticking with my 2 ticks. I learned my lesson. I am open about these things for a couple reasons. 1) because I am human 2) I am honest 3) I do not wany you to make mistakes —- especially when you can learn from mine!! Again, I recovered and ended up taking a couple extra trade setups that put me above 2 points today. So now I can take Friday off…
Oh and by the way, anyone trading my system (except me) should have made 3 trades for 2 ticks each.
Pre Market
- Trade 1: + 2 ticks
- Trade 2: +2 ticks
After the open
- Trade 3: – 6 ticks
- Trade 4: + 4 ticks
- Trade 5: + 2 ticks
- Trade 6: + 3 ticks
- Trade 7: + 2 ticks
Again, it was a good day. My greediness just cost me a longer trading day. I was still done by 1oam so I really will not complain.
