Futures Trading Results
Good afternoon everyone! Had a great trading day today. All my students are doing well now, and I am looking forward to training some more!!!
Technically, today we did not start until 9:30 – because there was not a report out at 8:30. However I decided to trade live today during the pre market. I’ve been doing the live room all week so I have not been trading live and I really wanted to make some money! So I make one trade for 2 ticks and that was it. I am not going to count that though towards the 1 point a day because it was not a report day.
Here are the trades (all after 9:30)
- Trade 1: + 2 ticks
- Trade 2: + 1 tick (I revised from 2 tick target)
- Trade 3: – 6 ticks
- Trade 4: + 4 ticks (if I were a bit more patient I would have had the full recovery with 6 ticks)
- Trade 5: +2 / + 3 ticks… Took 75% at 2 ticks 25% at 1 tick
- Trade 6: + 1 tick
I believe we were done before 11 am. With low volume, longer days are expected! I would think after January 7, 2008 – all the traders will be “back”..
