Emini Day Trading Strategies: Results March 5, 2008
Hi Everyone!! I had some data feed issues today with Tradestation so I was not sure if I would be able to trade. Just after the open, we had a nice signal that delivered its goal — I missed it –I simply did not have a chart that was updated. So I missed it… I did a quick restart of Tradestation and things semmed better — but I wasnt really happy! I managed to catch the next 2 trades — 1 short – 1 long and I stopped for the day.
My profits were Trade 1: 2 ticks Trade 2: 1/2 contracts at 2 ticks 1/2 at 3. So I made my “standard” 5 ticks in two trades. We also had reports out at 10 AM and I really wanted to be done prior to that.
You will see in the chart below — it only shows to long trades. The short trade did not plot — I have a small flaw in the easy language program that I am trying to correct. Of course my traders know exactly where to place entries based on what I teach, NOT a software program 🙂
