Automated Trading ProTrader Webinar This Week!
Again, my apologies for not updating the blog. As you know, we released ProTrader to our student base last week. Today we even did a Webinar with ProTrader users to go over FAQ’s and to really dig in to the programs capabilities.
What we did not expect this week was an email from NinjaTrader, our charting provider that then soon to be Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 would cause some serious problems! So we have been scrambling all week to create a fix for our ProIndicatorV2 and our newly released ProTrader program! We started testing them today – and WHEW – they are working as they should. So we insured that our students will have access to our software programs regardless of SP1 or not! Needless to say that was very important and needed to be done!
Now – let’s talk about trading this week: We made our profit everyday. Monday was slow and basically took all day to make a profit. The rest of the week was pretty much average – we made our profit and that’s all that matters! Volume has been low this week but we’re still rocking and rolling!
ProTrader was up 3.5 percent in January based on our “Default” parameters, which we will discuss in our Webinar on the 15th. Making adjustments to the News Event Settings would have warranted one more trade since the release of ProTrader! February’s results are “Default” settings – 2 trades and down about $140 bucks. If you adjusted the News you would be up around $200. Realize that ProTrader trades very little on low volume!
