Emini Trading: 4 PLUS Points in 15 minutes!!

I get so many requests to put up more videos. I haven’t done one in several weeks. Realize, my main priority is my students. My job is to teach my students to day trade for a living. I take this seriously so my apologies for not keeping up with the blog.

Yesterday we had a tough day! We were able to make a profit. However, it took all day long to recover from a 3 ½ point drawdown. Folks, day trading is such a great business; you trade normally an hour a day, the money is good, and you can work from home! How do you beat it? Well we ALL KNOW – good things come to us for a price!! Day Trading the Emini market is simply not easy. It’s not difficult either. The hardest part, in my humble opinion is the DISCIPLINE and CONFIDENCE needed to be successful! Yesterday was a true-test! Traders that allow emotions to “take over” probably had a hard time recovering! Disciplined traders had to wait patiently and found themselves ahead of the game by the closing bell.

Moving on to todays emini trading. I had received a few emails today and last night asking “what would you do if for some reason you could not recover…”. My answer – recover the next day. One thing that I teach my students is how to stay in trades longer! Sometimes its difficult. You take a losing trade or two and you are finally in a winner. If you allow emotions to consume you, its very easy to “scare yourself” out of the trade! Learning how to recover is PARAMOUNT to ANY day trading system you use!! You will ALWAYS have losing trades! Nobody takes 100 percent winners and don’t believe anyone who says otherwise. Losers MUST exist, therefore, recovery must exist!!

Enjoy the day – and the video!!

Cheers!
The Tick Trader
