Hey Guys… Still pumped from our advanced training last week! But I’ll get to that later … Let’s talk about today ….
We’ve had some good One n Dones lately…. but today, today was NOT one of them.
That’s right. We had to recover! Even advanced members had to recover! Let’s learn from this.. New traders REALLY, REALLY need to understand this… I cant say tit enough times:
You CANNOT expect to win at trading every time you pull the trigger.
It doesn’t work that way.
Plus: You are setting yourself up for disaster…
It’s naive to think so life and it’s foolish to think so in the world of day trading.
So, get that through your heads:
Traders NEED to acknowledge that they WILL take losing trades.
Most of all, they need to have a PLAN to recover from losing trades.
That’s what we did today. We recovered and made our 1 point profit. Our Advanced Traders at the time of this writing are LONG on a strategy I call the Power-Pullback.
It’s a derivative of my Pullback trade, taught in the Tick Trader Course. However, it’s more robust! It doesn’t trade a lot. In fact, some days it doesn’t trade at all.
It’s such a powerful technique that it can be uses as a stand alone system!
It’s just that good.
My win rate (yes live account) is about 64%. I scale out of this type of trade and couldn’t be happier!
