I personally use this Trading Mind Software almost everyday. It was created by Jake Bernstein. It consists of 8 to 10 sessions, each lasting about 10 minutes. All you do is listen to one session for 8 minutes a day. You only need to do this 3 times a week.  It takes you to a very relaxed state of mind and loads your brain with trading "affirmations". This has worked very well for me and I highly recomend it, even if you don't buy my Emini Trading Course.

TradeStation Securities
Tradestation is a chart service as well as a broker. Tradestation charts are second to none and I strongly recomend you getting them. They are a good broker as well and if you decide to trade through them, you will get your charts free if you do 10 trades a month. That's pretty easy to do trading The Tick Trader Methods.

Briefing.com is an excellent resource for all traders. I look at their economic calendar every day so I know what reports are coming out and when.
