Today’s Trading Results!

A TOUGH day. We got bounced around this morning and not much we could do right. The market was very spikey and you all know that if you were trading it. We happened to catch 9 NQ trades with a very unusual 3 losers. We also had 3 ES trades with 2 of those losing. For those using the NQ trader, Well…..today has been our worst day yet since the release about 7 weeks ago. The NQ trader was down a few hundred this morning and if you need the trades, email me. I have said this before and I think it needs to be mentioned again, Trading is a very difficult endeavor. Discipline, confidence, and the ability to follow a proven set of rules is the only way anyone can be a successful trader. This will only come with practice. I say this because we had a tough day and sometimes you have to know when to step away. Some of our students have circuit breakers, for example if they get down a certain amount they will pull the plug and come back the next day. It’s about having a plan and sticking with that plan. Just as if you were to have a great day…where do you stop? Again, this has to come with your personal goals that you must follow each and every day. We look for tomorrow to recoup and have a strong bounce back. Stay focused, disciplined and follow the rules!!
