Emini Trading: A Quick 4 + Point Day!
It was nice to have Thanksgiving with my family and enjoy a few days off with them. I hope you had the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with your loved ones as well. To me, this is what life is truly about. I had a lot of students email me and letting me know that Black Friday and Cyber Monday were awesome trading days. I am glad they were! IN fact, I expect The Tick Trader System to profit every day, and I believe I have proven that over the years. But taking time off is a good thing! The markets will always be here!
Today I did trade, however! I opened up with a NSE Short trade that profited 8 ticks! We then had another winning NSE long trade! Our long term filter saved us from a losing NSE short, and allowed us to take an “enhanced” long NSE trade for another 8 ticks!
Easy 4 points today in under 25 minutes!
That’s how we like to trade! We know we will have losing emini trades. In fact, I expect losing trades. I also expect to recover and profit after losing trades. That is the mindset one needs to be a successful trader. Sure they need the skills as well, but they also need the mindset! Together it is a powerful synergy that leads to enormous profit – in a relatively short period of time! But having one without the other is usually disastrous!
