We get this question a lot: Can we trade your system with other markets or trade longer term?

YES, of course! A lot of students use our ProIndicatorV2 software with other markets, and other time frames! Here’s an example – I took the Nasdaq Emini market the last 2 days and used a higher tick chart.

As you can see, on Friday we had 2 great Normal System Entries on the Nasdaq Emini. Then today we had some good NSE’s as well on the Nasdaq!

Now we normally do not trade the Nasdaq. However, that’s by choice. There are a lot of great markets out there to trade! We have students trading the Dow, Bonds, Forex, and a lot of other different markets – simply by applying our ProIndicatorV2 software to their NinjaTrader chart’s!

I do on occasion do some live trading videos of other markets but my main focus has always been the S&P 500 Eminis. But we do get that question a lot so I thought I would answer it!

Day Trading with Other Markets

I normally do a Weekly Video Update. However today I did a live trading video and I’ll post our trades below. We had a great NSE (Normal System Entry) right after the opening bell for our 3rd “One and Done” day this week.

I did a video today after 10 AM. We we’re in No Zone and the market was going sideways – so I went for a quick EET (Early Entry Technique) trade. I hadn’t noticed we were just coming out of NO Zone! We made another 4 tick winner on the EET. Had I noticed we were out of NO Zone – I would have stayed in longer as the NSE longer as it is a high probability trade! Well it is what it is – still had a great trade. You also get to see just how fast real day trading can be! The EET trade lasted about 5 seconds!

Well here are the trades we had in our trading room:
Monday: – -8 / +5 / +8

Tuesday: (some had one and done) -4 / -6 / -3 / + 8 / -5 / +7 / +8 / +8

Wednesday: +4 – One and Done

Thursday: + 4 – One and Done

Friday: + 4 – One and Done.

As you can see, we DO take losing trades. Just like every other trader out there does! And we SHOW our losing trades as well as our winning trades so you can see it all and make an informed decision about our trading system.

So the volatility is still with us and we haven’t even hit the December Contract yet! The year started off really slow – like watching paint dry, but it’s been rocking and rolling ever since!

Live Day Trading – and Weekly Trading Results!

We had a lot of awesome day trading setups this morning! I actually missed it all as I had personal matters to deal with. So I wasn’t able to record a live day trade but I did do a quick video illustrating all the trades over the first half hour of the trading session!

Our trading system continues to make profit day after day! It’s not always easy – that’s why we preach discipline so much – but it’s absolutely worth it!

Emini Trading System Results 8/26/2010

A very nice quick trading day! Our emini system delivered a “one and done” today! We we’re in “No Zone” pre market but at the bell we swiftly came out of NO Zone. We grabbed the high probability trade – 1st NSE out of NO Zone for a quick profit! Nice to be done in just a few minutes after the opening bell.

Of course day trading for a living is not an easy task. The videos you see are from an experienced day trader. To learn to trade successfully you of course need a sound trading plan, but the discipline to follow rules – all the time! Discipline is MOST of the battle! Live Futures Day Trading the Emini

We had a quick day trading today. We started off with a losing Normal System Entry (NSE). It was a higher probability setup, but it lost. The trade that followed made for a nice recovery! We also had an EET (Early Entry Technique) just before the high probability NSE – that EET was a nice “one and done”.

I caught the 3rd NSE on tape today for a nice 5 tick winner.

I am trying to get back in the saddle full time. I appreciate everyone’s patience. The past several weeks have been rough but I am back on track! So we will try to do live day trading videos as often as we can.

In a few short weeks we’ll make a major announcement that will absolutely change the way you trade the futures markets! So stay tuned!!

Futures Day Trading-Live!

Well I am finally back and getting back in the trading groove! Had a nice Pullback trade after the 10AM report. I grabbed the Pullback trade even though we we’re out of NO Zone as the momentum was obviously down due to the report. That was a quick 4 ticks in the room. We then had a nice NSE out of NO Zone after that for another 6 point winner.

I’ll start doing videos this week again.

Keep your eyes open for a new program we are working on ! This will absolutely change the way you day trade!!!

We started the week off right with a “one and done” using our Pullback Strategy. We were getting ready for a long NSE, however our Long Term Filter signaled short. We had to avoid long trades and the Pullback short worked out like a charm!

Live Day Trading August 9, 2010

I would like to thank everyone for coming to Thursday night’s Webinar. We had a lot of great questions and we enjoyed doing it. Before I start the Weekly Update I would like to mention that I will be out of the office most of the week next week so I will try to do blog updates as often as I can.

We had a great week of day trading! We had 4 “One and Done” Days! One day we had a losing trade, and it was a higher probability trade too – well that happens! We quickly recovered, made our profit and still ended up with our daily income within the first hour of the day!

I am also posting 2 videos today. The first video, of course, is the Weekly Video Update, the 2nd video is discussing NO Zones: Why we use them and how we profit from them – be sure to check them both out and get in touch if you have any questions!

We had One and Done day trading all week, except today. Today we had a high probability NSE trade that lost 7 ticks. We reversed, went 5 ticks in the money and ended up stopping out even. We had a great NSE long that recovered our loss and then a winning Pullback Trade that was backed up with our Long Term Filter in our direction!

In today’s video I go over this and I also take another NSE trade that ends up breaking even.

Day Trading Results / Webinar Video for 8/5/2010

We had a nice Pullback “One and Done” today in our Live Emini Trading Room! We we’re also coming out of No Zone so I grabbed the NSE out of No Zone as well as that is a higher probability trade! I made 4 ticks on that trade (on the first “leg”) I then moved my stop up into the money and was stopped out with a small gain. So we had 2 points+ to be made in the first 15 minutes of the day!

What is not on the video today is the 2nd NSE after NO Zone – that was also a nice winner as well. We’ve been discussing on this blog quite a lot lately that the 1st NSE out of No Zone is a high probability trade, but the 2nd NSE is a great recovery trade as well!

We love to see “One and Done” days – and we are at 2 in a row, but we are always ready and prepared to take a loser and follow the recovery rules! That’s paramount to any trading system is having a recovery plan!
